I am partnered with Florida’s leading heavy civil construction firm, currently seeking a talented Paving Superintendent to lead field operations on multiple complex paving projects across the state.

Salary: $130,000+ (D.O.E.)

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Paving Superintendent, with a focus on asphalt and paving projects.
- Proven ability to supervise field staff, coordinate with clients, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Experience with public/private partnerships and various delivery methods such as design-build and bid-build.
- Valid Florida driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
- MOT certification and experience in highway safety preferred.
